In recent years nurseries have begun carrying an ever increasing variety of vegetable seedlings. This has been fuelled by an increased interest in ‘growing your own’ as the general public look for ways to beat the recession. After much debate it was decided that a brief summary of each type of vegetable, listing it’s benefits over other varieties would best serve the buying public at Green Door in Havelock North. The resulting posters were stylish, bright and easy to understand, helping customers make decisions on what to plant, based on what was going to end up on the plate.
